LOW VIBRATION AND NOISE
The precise professional design has low vibration and noise. The chassis structure
imitates the heavy crane design idea-widen the vertical base and move down the gravity
to make the machine more stable
CONVERTER , MADE IN JAPAN
The converter, made in Japan, has low maintenance. If the voltage is overloaded, the self-detection circuit of converter will display error message. The external electric control box is easy to maintain.
HIDDEN KNIFE BELT TENSION
The latest hidden knife belt tension control can keep the blade in proper tension. The hidden labor-saving bar makes the knife belt replacement easily and quickly, and the knife belt fixed magnet ensures the safety when the operator replaces the knife belt.
KNIFE BELT AND SHARPENING
The oil felt for cooling knife belt (Enable to add silicon oil) can prevent knife from sticking when trimming special fabric. The knife sharpening area has acrylic outer cover which can protect eyes from the flying dust when sharpen the knife.
KNIFE BELT SAFETY DEVICE
While using the machine, the knife belt safety device is flexible with adjusting height, which can protect operator from accidental injury due to incautious touch.
HUMANIZED BALL FLOATING
The humanized ball floating table-blowing in trimming area, stop blowing in non-using area- which is easy to operate and saving time. The ball floating design can prevent foreign material blowing into the eyes when start the floatation.
INDICATION LIGHT AND LED LIGHTING
When BAND KNIFE machine starts, the operation indication light can remind the operator that the machine is running, be careful to operate. LED lighting equipment enables the operator to know the trimming part clearly and relieve eyestrain.
STREAMLINE DESIGN
